Hallandale Beach, Fla. – “La Dolce Vita” (the good life) awaits guests during the lazy days of summer at BRIO Tuscan Grille (BRIO) at The Village at Gulfstream Park, which is presenting a delicious, specially priced seasonal prix fixe dinner menu available June 27-Sept. 8, 2011. Guests can also relax with refreshing $5 martinis at BRIO on Thursday evenings. BRIO is a BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group (NASDAQ: BBRG) concept.

Indulging in BRIO’s scrumptious $16.95 three-course prix fixe dinner menu, offered Sunday-Thursday from 4 p.m.-closing, is the perfect ending to a sweet summer day. Guests can begin their meal with a choice of Soup of the Day; Chopped or Caesar Salad; or Bistecca Insalata, a wedge of lettuce, Gorgonzola, bacon, Roma tomatoes and creamy Parmesan dressing. The second course offers one of three savory dishes: Chicken Milanese, a combination of Romano crusted chicken, herb pasta, fresh Mozzarella and housemade Pomodoro sauce; Chicken or Shrimp Diavolo, a penne entree with a spicy tomato cream sauce and green onions; or mouthwatering Lasagna. To complete their dining experience, guests are offered their choice of Dolchino – Tiramisu, Crème Brulee, or Milk Chocolate Caramel Cake, a decadent chocolate cake layered with milk chocolate ganache, caramel, rich chocolate frosting and vanilla whipped cream.

The perfect complement to any meal, BRIO’s Sobieski Martinis are offered for $5 during the restaurant’s Martini Night every Thursday from 3 p.m.-closing in the bar area only. The $5 Martini Night menu includes 11 BRIO classics such as the Flirtini, Lemontini, Razzberitini, Dirty Martini and Cosmopolitan, as well as the recently debuted Raspberry White Truffle, Caramel Chocolate, Paradiso, Lemon Basil Crush and Chocolate Raspberry.
